We want you to love your glasses, but if they’re not quite right, that’s okay!

You have 30 days to return your order from the day you receive it.
The glasses must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Enter your order number and email address.
• You’ll receive a return label by email (or a QR code).
• Pack your item carefully and drop it off at any PostNord service point.

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• If you’d like to exchange for a different style, simply place a new order once your return is completed.

Return shipping cost is free of charge.
