Finding your perfect reading strength is easier than you think!
If text on your phone starts to blur, or you find yourself holding it farther away, t’s time for a pair of reading glasses.
Here’s a simple guide (based on age):
+1.0 – Around 40–45, when you’re just starting to notice things aren’t quite as sharp.
+1.5 – Around 45–50, when you need a little extra help for reading or screen time.
+2.0–+2.5 – Around 50–60, perfect if you read a lot or love seeing every detail.
A quick test: hold your phone at a normal reading distance (about 40 cm) and try different strengths – the one that feels natural and relaxed is usually right.
